We are a small team and select our work carefully. That has real consequences, and they are not all comfortable ones.

You talk to the person who decides

There is no account manager between you and the client, and no product owner translating a decision you were not part of. The people who scope the work are the people who build and deploy it. That is the whole operating model, and it means your judgment is load-bearing.

Your work goes to production and stays there

We run what we build — our own ventures and multi-year client engagements. You will see how your decisions age, which is the only way anyone learns to make better ones. It also means the boring reliability work is respected here rather than deferred.

Remote by design, not by policy

We are based in India and work with clients worldwide, async-first and low-ego. Flexible hours are real, because the alternative — synchronising three time zones every day — does not work and we do not pretend otherwise.
